1. The laws of India, except its conflict of law provisions, shall govern and be applied to the Service.
2. The client must provide detailed contact information, including Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and the IMEI of the device.
3. The service provider is committed to preventing unauthorised access to the client's personal information and agrees not to use the data for other purposes than those related to the service transaction. However, as the service provider will not be held liable for data loss, it is the client's duty to create a backup of their files.
4. The service provider's after-service warranty does not cover the following condition:
a) Body or frame damage caused by mishandling
b) Water Damage
c) If your phone is accidentally dropped and any of our warranties do not cover it.
d) Damage resulting from repairs other than Phonefixup.
e) Unrelated to the fix is a software problem.
f) any information loss brought on by the repair.
5. Only touch and LCD components are covered by a 90-day warranty; all other components have a 45-day warranty as standard.
6. Touch Glass replacement is covered by a 3-month warranty only.
7. The company is not responsible if the device is not picked up within 15 days following the repair.
